Industry State Bank- Columbus Branch

WEI provided the civil engineering services for Industry State Bank’s new Columbus, Texas branch building. The services that we provided to Industry State Bank included paving, drainage and grading plans for the new banking facility.


Don McGuirt Ranch Pond and Dam Spillway Design, Colorado County

WEI developed a design for a lake and spillway to be formed in a seasonal stream for Mr. McGuirt. The design effort included calculating maximum runoff rates to size the spillway, developing elevations to establish the normal pool elevation and designing the receiving stream features to accommodate spillway discharge.


Privately Owned Restaurant Development– Smithville, Texas

WEI developed civil site plans including, drainage, storm water detention, parking and paving for the development of a privately owned restaurant in Bastrop County, Texas.
